Is it wrong for a person to get a sex change?

I believe that not only is it wrong, it is a perversion of God's original plan for the individual. It is clearly a sin to get a sex change to alter who you are, into something or someone you want to be. This is a form of idolatry . Consider the following:
Human sexuality is spelled out very clearly in the Bible, starting in Genesis: "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them..." (Genesis 1:27-28a).
Verse 31 tells us that His creation "...was very good."
To say that a sex change is okay is to say that when God created a certain individual, He made a mistake. Those who have given testimony to having a sex change always say the same thing. “I was made a woman but put in a man’s body” or “I was made a man but put in a woman's body.” This denies what God has said about His creation—that "it was very good". God is saying that he made men to be men and women to be women.
God already ordained what the sex (male or female)of each person is to be in the womb. People may alter or change their body anyway they want,but "its appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."(Heb. 9:27). Those who do this will stand before a Holy and Righteous God as what He ordained them to be in the beginning.
